In December 2019, we achieved recognition as Disability Confident Committed. On behalf of Ablewell, John and Vicky pledged the key commitments:

  • Inclusive and accessible recruitment
  • Communicating vacancies
  • Offering an interview to disabled people
  • Providing reasonable adjustments to support existing employees
