You may have read our earlier story about the inspection carried out by the Care Quality Commission back in August. We are now very proud to announce that all improvements suggested to us have been implemented. The main focus within this has been around the area of ‘Well-Led’ where we were rated as ‘Requires Improvement’.

Following some initial technical difficulties, we now have our rating displayed. We are pleased with the outcome of our first overall rating of ‘Good’, and look forward to welcoming our Inspector back this year following the improvements that have been made.

The team continue to work hard towards the achievement of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in all areas. There have been a number of systems and policy updates, yet the most significant development is the successful registration with the CQC of our Care Manager, Victoria Lee. Victoria has been with the company since its establishment in 2012. Her focus as Registered Care Manager, is continuous improvement and development.
